Dave’s Hot Chicken, the rapidly expanding Nashville-style hot chicken chain, is set to open a new location in Greenwood Village, the franchisee told What Now Denver. It will be in the Arapahoe Marketplace shopping plaza at E Arapahoe Rd and S Yosemite St.
The franchise owner for this store is Jason Beld, a multi-unit owner that the publication has written about before. It’s one of a few locations he’s working to open in the next few months.
He told the publication that the restaurant is currently under construction, with work expected to be completed by the end of May, and an opening projected for June 26. It will be a 2,600-square-foot standalone building, providing seating for 52 guests inside and 36 on the patio.
Arapahoe Marketplace is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and home to several major brands, including Office Depot, Crumbl Cookies, The Tile Shop, ModMarket, Wingstop, and Torchy’s Tacos, Phillips Edison states.
