Gastamo Group, the Denver-based restaurant and hospitality development company behind concepts like Perdida, Park & Co, Park Burger and Lady Nomada, is ready to join the Parker community with the opening of Homegrown Tap & Dough. Marking its fifth location and 13th location across the group, the restaurant will open its doors in February 2025 at 19320 Cottonwood Drive Parker, CO, bringing pizza, pasta, craft cocktails, and more to Parker.
Homegrown Tap & Dough new location will highlight a curated vision inspired by elevated ranch living and the heritage of the American West. After nearly three years in development, Homegrown Tap & Dough in Parker represents a complete redevelopment of the space–balancing comfort, tradition, and modern style.

Anchored by two massive stone fireplaces—one indoors and one on the patio—the space creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, hand-placed stone, cowhide banquettes, and Western accents shape the space to reflect Homegrown Tap & Dough’s unique vision.
“Each Homegrown Tap & Dough is designed with the intention to show love and respect to the incredible history of Colorado,” said Peter Newlin, Gastamo Group Chief Vision Officer & Co-Founder. “We transformed the Parker space by evoking the spirit of ranch life, featuring hand-picked photography and work by local artist Dolan Geiman, signature chandeliers, cowhide banquettes, and more.”
The Parker location stands out with more TVs than any other Homegrown location, including three outdoor screens and a massive 150-inch projector for major games and playoff events. The patio’s includes a large fire pit.
The restaurant includes over 275 seats across indoor, outdoor, and covered patio areas, all with unobstructed views of the Front Range.
A standout feature, the interactive play area for children, which includes a roping station for practicing lassoing skills on calf roping dummies and a bocce ball court, will be opened at the start of summer. Additionally, a retro-inspired game room features free arcade games, including a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles machine titled “It’s Pizza Time.” With hand-tossed pizzas, locally sourced ingredients, and Colorado-inspired dishes like the signature “Weekend Warrior”.
