As the countdown to the grand opening of Populus Hotel draws closer, anticipation builds not only for the accommodations but also for the culinary offerings at the property. The resort, which is nearing completion at 240 14th St., will have a number of options for food and drink, recent press states. 

There will be a ground-floor restaurant that has been described as a sophisticated spot designed with a forest floor inspiration. The space incorporates elements of nature like reclaimed wood accents and living plant walls, adding to the earthy feeling.

Also situated on the first floor, near the restaurant, is a bar and coffee bar. From handcrafted cocktails to coffees roasted to perfection, it will offer a curated selection of beverages to be enjoyed in a posh yet laid-back setting.

On the rooftop of Populus Hotel, there will be a chic eatery and bar, set up to have a lush, forestry vibe, renderings show. This will be one of the best new places for an amazing view of downtown, Civic Center Park, and the mountains.
