Records from the City and County of Denver reveal that there may be a Dunkin’ location coming soon to the corner of W. Alameda Ave. and S. Santa Fe Dr. The company wants to build a new franchised store there.

Documents show plans for a 1,488-square-foot building with a walk-up lobby and emphasis on the drive-thru lanes. Kolbrook Design is the architect for the project, and Burnham Nationwide is handling the permitting process.

Dunkin’ has been around for almost 70 years, and has grown to have more than 12,500 restaurants in 46 countries. There are said to be more than 25,000 order combinations available and the company claims to sell over 2 billion cups of coffee annually.
