Dunkin’ is expanding its footprint in Colorado with a new location in Parker being approved for Hess Road and Chambers Road, according to Loopnet. The chain will join other coming businesses like McDonald’s, New Horizons, and Les Schwab at a developing commercial site.
As shown in city records, the project is being designed by Ethos Architecture and involves constructing a 2,108-square-foot drive-thru store with a seating capacity for 35 people. The location will feature 16 parking spaces, including two ADA spaces.
The venture is led by First Cup LLC, a franchisee group headed by Bert Hayenga. It was established in 2008 and operates across multiple states, including Arizona, California, and Nevada as well. The firm also operates Baskin-Robbins locations. They did not return requests for comment prior to publication.
Colorado has seen a decent amount of development happening, with a Loveland location close to opening, and a Castle Rock store under development that What Now Denver reported on. There are over 45 units open in the state.
