Edgewater Public Market, located at 5505 West 20th Ave., has officially been sold to new owners. Centre Point Properties recently took over the market’s operations as part of an exciting new chapter for the venue, Denver Post reports.

Since its opening, the Edgewater Public Market has grown into a key fixture in the community. As stated by 303 Magazine, the vibrant retail center and food hall is located in a repurposed King Soopers building.

With 16 different food vendors, the market has something for everyone, from lobster rolls and Ethiopian cuisine to burgers and wild game like kangaroo and alligator. Among the food vendors are favorites like Slideshow, Barbed Wire Reef, Happy Cones, Barquentine Brewing Co., and Amethyst Coffee.

According to Connect CRE, Centre Point Properties paid $25 million for the 76,000-square-foot center. LCP Development was the company that first opened the market, in November 2019.
