The incoming kiosk and Elway’s will be located at the Denver International Airport — 8900 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249. While Elway’s isn’t slated to open until the summer of next year, a recently-filed commercial construction permit details a quickly incoming kiosk.
The project’s description and scope read as follows:
“Temporary placement of refrigerated and merchandise display cases in a 426-square-foot area in concourse A. Kiosk will be removed upon completion of the adjacent Elway’s Taproom restaurant in June 2023. The kiosk will consist of refrigerated display cases, modular display cases, and a point-of-sale unit. Only prepackaged food is provided and there is no cooking or food-handling at this kiosk location.”
Elway’s is the brainchild of none other than former Denver Broncos quarterback John Elway. The eatery serves fresh, upscale cuisine with a seasonal flare including dishes like smash burgers and prime beef tacos.
What Now Denver reached out to President Darryl Shoemake for more details about the project but did not receive immediate feedback.
Additional information will be implemented as its received.
