Sip Fresh, known for its fresh fruit-based juices, teas, and smoothies, is making its way to Colorado through a new franchise agreement. The company will be breaking into the state for the first time with the help of a franchisee pairing.

Katie and Chase Vettese are the operators spearheading this endeavor. The brand told What Now Denver that they are in the site selection process, and hope to be able to open their doors in early 2025, pending the final lease negotiations.

Chase brings a wealth of experience to the franchise. His family previously operated Wetzel Pretzels and Cold Stone Creamery locations, where he had a role in development, training, and management. Katie’s background includes stints at notable companies such as Enterprise Rental Car, Indeed, and Zillow.

“Sip Fresh allows me and my family to do both: give back to my community and sharpen my skills that I already have,” Katie said.

The company has gained popularity since its inception in 2017 and has been recognized as one of QSR magazine’s “40/40 America’s Hottest Startup Fast Casuals.” Sip Fresh is expanding its reach across the United States.

“We’re just excited to come into the Denver market. We believe the consumer in the greater Colorado area is a Sip Fresh style consumer that’s looking for a better-for-you option,” Director of Franchise Development Mike Norcup told the publication.
