New Image Brewing is set to introduce Table to the Arvada public. Colorado Community Media reports it will be a farm-to-table dining experience within the 5622 Yukon St. property.

Led by co-owner Brandon Capps and Head Chef Russ Fox, the new venture focuses on fresh, local ingredients from 15 Colorado farms. The menu pairs high-quality food with New Image’s award-winning beers, featuring dishes like Parisian gnocchi and badger flame beet salad.

This Arvada location now has a split interior with a casual bar area and a more intimate dining space. Table will be open for service Tuesday through Sunday, offering both lunch and dinner — with brunch a possibility down the line.

The restaurant held a soft opening, but details on when the place will officially be open are not yet available. New Image Brewing did not return a request for comment.
