Fast-casual Italian concept Sicilia Pasta is preparing to open its first location this fall in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. According to the Downtown Denver Partnership, the emerging eatery is setting up shop at 1140 Bannock St, just blocks from the bustling museum district.

Sicilia Pasta will offer a simple menu, featuring five types of fresh pasta, five homemade sauces, and toppings including meatballs, veggie balls, and burrata, with garlic bread sides. The grab-and-go concept allows guests can create their own pasta bowls and salads, and will also serve dessert and wine.

BizJournals reports the restaurant is owned by Bart DeLorenzo, founder of DeLorenzo Productions and executive director of business development for Richard Sandoval Restaurants. DeLorenzo has been an instrumental part in the development of more than 70 food, beverage, and nightclub concepts internationally.

On Instagram, the company told waiting fans that they aim to open in November. This first location will kick off an impressive growth campaign, with the brand promising to open five more stores around the metro area by the end of next year.
