Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, the cult-favorite chain known for its over-the-top creations, is set to open its first Northern Colorado location in Fort Collins, according to K99. The new shop will occupy the former Which Wich space at 2842 Council Tree Ave., Unit 161 in Front Range Village.
It’s currently under construction, and contracting work should wrap up by the end of this month, a representative told What Now Denver. Hiring efforts are also in progress, and the franchisee has been named as Camille Woodfield.
The Fort Collins outpost marks the fourth Colorado location for the franchise, which already operates in Central Park, Downtown Denver, and Highlands Ranch. Those are also operated by Woodfield, who signed a multi-unit agreement with the sandwich company in 2020, as covered by What Now.
Founded by Ike Shehadeh in San Francisco in 2007, the brand has since grown to over 100 locations across seven states. “Ike’s For All” is the brand’s motto, and there are over 700 sandwiches available to choose from, ranging from meat-packed to fully plant-based.
