The McDonald’s in Fort Collins at 4424 Denrose Ct. will be undergoing renovations. City records show that the business has applied for a commercial general alteration permit for the project.

Documents show the scope of the work being done involves a “remodel of front customer service counter area and addition of new drive-thru window.” The business will also be removing the self-service beverage counter and relocating it to behind the staff counter.

Arris Architecture is listed as an applicant on the permits. The job valuation is set at $125,000. Records also show $4,135 in fees and taxes to the city was due on July 14.

The location is one of six McDonald’s within Fort Collins city limits but is located on the northeastern outskirts, in a busy area right off I-25. It’s near a Cinnabon, Honda dealership, America’s Best Value Inn & Suites, and many more retailers.
