A new Taco Bell restaurant is set to be built at 13177 S Parker Rd, just south of Stroh Road, city records show. The project for the 2,105 square-foot drive-thru restaurant, which will be operated by Alvarado Restaurant Nation, was recently approved.
The site, which spans 1.01 acres, is currently under development. Architectural planning will be managed by ARCVISION, Inc., and Wallace Design Collective is the contractor, planning documents state.
Behind the new Taco Bell location is franchisee Rob L. Alvarado, part of Alvarado Restaurant Nation, a minority-owned family business that has been part of the Taco Bell franchise since 1984. The company’s website shows it operates over 200 Taco Bell and KFC locations in five states, including locations in Colorado, California, New Mexico, Texas, and Wisconsin.
What Now Denver has previously covered the franchise group, breaking news of it bringing Taco Bells to Arvada and Sterling. None of the executives within the corporation responded to requests for comment before publication.
