Marco’s Pizza, one of the nation’s fastest-growing pizza brands, is preparing to open a new restaurant at 6160 E. Colfax Ave, Unit 1. Construction records show that work is underway at the site and will continue for another two months, approximately.

The franchisee for this location, Nicholas Turner, confirmed to What Now Denver that he expects to wrap up construction in October and open in early November. He will begin the hiring process in about a month, but there are already job postings online.

The new restaurant will occupy a 1,500-square-foot inline space at the corner of Colfax and Krameria Street, which previously housed an AT&T store. It joins more than a dozen Marco’s Pizza locations already operating across the Denver metro area.

“We’re thrilled to see passionate franchisees like Nicholas expanding the Marco’s Pizza footprint,” the company said. “His commitment to quality and community is what drives our brand forward, and we’re excited to bring our beloved pizza to more Denver residents.”

Turner, one of the youngest franchisees in the system, has a background in entrepreneurship, real estate investing, and program development. He has also worked with at-risk youth and military service members.
