Wheat Ridge will soon welcome two 7 Brew Coffee stands, according to the City of Wheat Ridge’s private development map. In addition to one being built on the border the city shares with Arvada, another one is in the works near Crown Hill Park, at 3583 Wadsworth Blvd.
Franchisee Fred Couzens of Wabeek LLC confirmed to What Now Denver that the location will open sometime in the late fall; he expects around November. It will be preceded by a Kipling stand that is expected to welcome guests in mid-August, which the publication recently covered.
A Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for a drive-thru-only coffee shop have been submitted to the city and are listed as under review. No public hearings are required for approval, it states. Hiring will be taking place in the weeks before it welcomes patrons.
Wabeek LLC launched its first 7 Brew in Firestone in December 2024; What Now Denver announced its pending arrival last fall. The 7 Brew Coffee brand started in Arkansas and has grown to have more than 400 stands across the country. What started as a menu of seven options has expanded to more than 20,000 drink choices, from coffee, energy drinks, teas, smoothies, and flavored sodas.
