Breakfast spot Bread+Salt has a second location coming to Lakewood, Craigslist ads show. The restaurant, which is based originally in Frisco, is in the hiring phases for the property at 224 Union Blvd.

Bread+Salt is a brunch eatery owned by husband-and-wife team Michal Ulehla and Joyce Delatorre. They come from the Czech Republic and Mexico, and wanted to start a restaurant that served made-from-scratch breakfast and lunch options from Colorado-grown ingredients.

Ulehla and Delatorre briefly had a second location in Buena Vista, but that closed down. They also own Bagalis, an Italian restaurant in Downtown Frisco.

Bread+Salt Lakewood is looking to hire full-time line cooks, hosts, and servers, according to postings. The location is in the Boulevard Shoppes retail plaza, near a nail salon, an optometrist, a hearing aid center, and several other eateries.
