A new culinary concept calling itself The Flaming Grill is preparing to open its doors in the heart of downtown Denver. Permitting records filed with the city show the business is under development at 891 14th Street, a high‑visibility location steps from the Colorado Convention Center.

Public records from the City of Denver show that The Flaming Grill has applied for a Retail Food License, and that is currently awaiting customer inspections. Business records show the company was registered in Colorado last month and is currently listed in good standing with the state. The registered agent for the brand is listed as Gokul Tiwari.

On social media, the restaurant’s early branding describes itself as a place “where Indian flavors meet a modern fusion twist”, with bold spices and dishes offering a contemporary take on Indian cuisine.

The brand has not released an official opening date or shared specifics about the menu or offerings. Requests for comment by What Now Denver were not returned.
