Ciaran O’Brien, the founder of The Patio at Sloan’s, will unveil his latest venture in Wheat Ridge, according to Mile High CRE. He will be opening a food hall concept coined The Agora at Applewood within the developing Clear Creek Crossing center.

The property will bring together a variety of food and beverage concepts under one roof in a central 8,730-square-foot building. There will be six eateries, with teasers saying cuisine will include Italian, ice cream, an Irish pub, cocktail bar, and a raw bar. There will also be a rooftop terrace and golf simulators, Denver Post reports.

O’Brien is working on the project through his restaurant and real estate investment group, Ósta Holdings. He also co-owns Recess Beer Garden and Radiator Café and Bar, his LinkedIn says.

Clear Creek Crossing development, situated at the southwest corner of I-70 and Highway 58, is a 4.76-acre development that will also welcome a Prost Brewing Co. biergarten, Bonfire Burritos, Birdcall, and HashTAG. Last year, a new Life Time gym, a Hampton Inn, and Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital opened.
