New dining options are coming to Keystone, nestled within the highly anticipated Kindred Resort at 100 Dercum Square Buffalo, E-8. Offering a fresh twist on classic ski town fare, Goodz Tavern will be one of the hotel’s premiering food venues, according to a press release.
The eatery will be located within the complex, with an outdoor patio overlooking River Run Village, perfect for some slope-side apres-ski. Its menu, helmed by 30-year industry veteran Chef Eric Berggren, will offer slow-cooked meats and elevated tavern bites.
It will be managed by Rocky Mountain Hospitality, a restaurant group owned by Shervin Rashidi. Rashidi is also one of the developers of the hotel and has been leading projects in Summit and Eagle counties since the 90s. He also operates local eateries like Sauce on the Blue, Sauce on the Rocks, Kucu, Quandary Grill, Enza’s Deli, and Inxpot Coffee.
Kindred Resort will be a luxurious, 4.5-star-rated ski-in/ski-out hotel. It’s set to open in 2025, featuring exclusive amenities like a private club, upscale residences, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool, and a spa. In addition to Goodz Tavern, there will be two other restaurants and a bar.
