Homegrown Tap & Dough is set to open a new location in Colorado Springs next year, according to the Denver Business Journal. This will be the first Pikes Peak region restaurant for the local eatery chain, located at 5710 S Carefree Cir.

Permitting records show the building the brand is taking over used to be a Jose Muldoon’s eatery. Homegrown Tap & Dough will be adding an outdoor patio. Carter Engineering Consultants and Older E Watts Consulting are listed on the development plans.

The announcement of a Springs spot comes as the company also prepares for another pending location in Castle Rock. That outpost is slated to open in November or December. A Parker location opened earlier this year, as covered by What Now Denver.

Founded by Gastamo Group partners Jean-Philippe Failyau and Peter Newlin, Homegrown Tap & Dough started in Wash Park and currently has five locations. Its sister concepts at Gastamo Group include Park Burger, Park & Co., Lady Nomada, and Perdida.
