I Heart Mac & Cheese, renowned for its mouthwatering cheesy macaroni creations, is in the midst of substantial expansion efforts in the Pikes Peak Region. The franchise will be opening a store at 8041 Woodmen Center Heights Unit D in Colorado Springs, according to the owner.

This will be the third location for local franchisee Kerry Mand. She tells What Now Denver construction is kicking off at the site, and permits will be filed over the next several weeks. She anticipates opening the store sometime during this next winter.

Mand opened her first I Heart Mac & Cheese last August in Northgate and also has a pending location coming to Pueblo West. She has lived in Colorado since 1987 and is passionate about the community here.

The franchise began in Florida in 2017 and has garnered a devoted following across the United States, with over 40 locations and counting. With customizable, made-to-order macaroni and cheese bowls, sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas, the brand offers comfort food that hits the spot.
