In a bittersweet turn of events, Ian’s Pizza has officially closed its Ballpark location for good. The company posted on social media recently announcing it is throwing in the towel on fixing damages at its current spot, 2210 Blake St.

Last year, the space suffered extensive flooding, which prompted the sudden closure of the space. After months of no progress or updates, the future of the property looked grim, and the business confirmed so in February.

“What can we say, we’re screwed!! It’s now clear the damages were catastrophic – more than we can come back from. Sadly, we will not be reopening at our Blake Street location. We continue to explore opportunities to relaunch Ian’s Pizza in Denver,” the company posted.

The community is sad to hear the Blake St. spot will not reopen but is looking forward to a new chapter for the brand in the city. Ian’s Pizza first opened in Denver in 2014, offering by-the-slice and whole-pie options.
