Coming to the former Wapiti Grill space in downtown Estes Park is The Twisted Griffin Irish Pub and Restaurant. The eatery is “coming this fall” to 247 W Elkhorn Ave., according to a new website for the business.

Biz West reports that the new owners of the 1,800-square-foot property are “ripping out everything” and redoing the space to have Irish decor, new floors, a new kitchen, and an outdoor patio.

The menu will reportedly consist of Irish whiskey, Guinness, and traditional Celtic cuisine and bar food, along with coffee from family-run Highland Coffee Co.

Restaurateur David Bard is listed as a co-owner of the venue. Bard also owns The Highland Bard, an Irish retail store across the street.
