The incoming JINYA Ramen Bar will open at 111 Richman St, Black Hawk, CO 80422 by the end of 2022, according to Restaurant News. While this is the first JINYA Ramen Bar to debut at a casino, there is talk of expanding the restaurant to additional casinos within the US.
Tomo Takahashi founded JINYA Ramen in 2010 with a focus on “kaizen” – the Japanese practice of continuous improvement. Since then, he’s not only spawned 46 JINYA locations (with handfuls to come) but he’s also been placed among the most influential restaurant CEOs in the country.
With meticulous attention to detail — even down to the water used to boil JINYA’s broth — Takahashi has seemingly solidified Jinya’s legacy as a go-to source of the highest-quality eats. “JINYA also operates bushi by JINYA, Robata JINYA, LBD Japanese Bar and Lounge, and JINYA Ramen Express.”
What’s more, JINYA Ramen Bar’s menu offers more than just noodle dishes. The eatery also cooks up small plates, mini tacos, salads, rice & curry bowls, dessert, a kids’ menu, and Impossible options.
Opened in 2001 as the largest hotel-casino in Colorado (at the time), Ameristar Black Hawk is a community staple providing dining, gaming, entertainment, and lodging to tourists and Coloradoans looking for a local getaway.
When asked about the partnership with Ameristar Black Hawk, Takahashi told Restaurant News, “We felt Ameristar Black Hawk’s focus on food and beverage, combined with their strategic partnerships with big name brands like Barstool Sportsbook, perfectly aligned with JINYA’s core demographic…By teaming up with Ameristar Black Hawk, we will fulfill a long sought-after dream we’ve all had — seeing JINYA Ramen Bar in a casino.”
