La’au’s Taco Shop Storefront is Returning

Fans of Hawaiian-inspired eatery La’au’s Taco Shop will rejoice when hearing the concept is coming back from the dead. After an extended temporary closure, the business will open at a new spot: The Well food hall, located at 315 E Pikes Peak Ave.

Springs Mag made the announcement that La’au’s will be one of many new tenants coming to the downtown dining concept. It joins several other ventures from Blue Star Group, a local hospitality company. 

Offering a fresh wave of Hawaiian flavors, La’au’s Taco Shop has a menu of bowls, burritos, salads, and tacos, marinated in La’au’s Taco Shop offers a diverse menu featuring tacos, burritos, salads, and bowls, along with roasted pineapple, mango, lime, green papaya, and fresh Mahi-Mahi.

Tossed, Sivar, and Opus Creative Kitchen are all leaving The Well to make way for the incoming businesses. The food hall opened two years ago and regularly hosts live music, trivia nights, farmer’s markets, and philanthropic events.
