The incoming Las Tortas will be located at 682 S Colorado Blvd Glendale, CO 80246, according to Co-Owner Guillermo Campillo. The store is currently located at 5307 Leetsdale Dr Denver CO 80246.
When asked about the move, Campillo told What Now Denver, “We are in the process of signing the lease as we speak. The lease on Leetsdale Drive is expiring at the end of the year as they are demolishing the old building and starting construction for new condominiums there. Thus, our intention is to move to this new location if/when the lease is complete.”
Las Tortas has two more locations in Thornton and Greeley. Per the eatery’s website, Las Tortas serves up “The best tortas in Colorado — Gourmet Mexican Sandwiches.”
They offer well over a dozen specialty tortas including a Hawaiin version, a Mexican grilled cheese, and a ham & hotdog amalgamation. You can also get smothered dishes, hamburgers, salads, quesadillas, breakfast, dessert, drinks, and kids’ menu items.
