Dutch Bros Coffee is making its mark on another neighborhood in Denver with the pending arrival of a new Green Valley Ranch store. The upcoming drive-through unit at 17581 Green Valley Ranch Blvd. is the latest project underway by the brand.

Permitting records show business plans for a 950-square-foot single-story coffee shop featuring a drive-thru and walk-up counter service. Dutch Bros partnered with Fine Construction to handle site improvements, and the job is now in the final agency inspection phase. The hours of this location will be Sun-Sat from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Founded in 1992 by brothers Dane and Travis Boersma, Dutch Bros started as a small pushcart business and has grown into a coffee empire.  With nearly 1,000 locations across the country, the enterprise only continues to expand, with continued expansion in Colorado recently.

Dutch Bros stands out in the coffee industry for its drive-thru focus and wide selection of customizable drinks. The company’s fun and community-focused culture and upbeat customer service have led to it garnering a loyal customer base.
