Lazy Dog Restaurants is adding another location to their company-owned chain as they head toward 43 Centennial Boulevard in Highlands Ranch.
The company, founded and run by Chris Simms, has an extensive menu covering the likes of sandwiches, burgers, pizza sticks, and noodles, among others.
Additionally, house-made TV dinners served in retro-style trays come ready to pop in the oven at your convenience, including both adult and kids meals.
According to the website, Lazy Dog comes from a long-standing tradition with the Simms family in the hospitality industry, where they took the knowledge from three generations and combined it into something they “hope will be a special place for you and your family.”
The ingredients are sourced from places and farmers the company loves and respects, assuring that “each ingredient is carefully picked and prepared.” All meals, sauces, marinades, and dressings are made in-house each day, and there’s also a changing seasonal menu based on availability.
The website also offers a beer club with eight quarterly beers featuring four brewery collaborations, a monthly beer sampler, and draft upgrades alongside priority seating at the restaurant. Diners can also take $35 toward their next visit at any of the storefronts.
While no official opening date has been given, the website also states that the Highlands Ranch location will open in Summer 2022. They’re currently hiring for a general manager to start by the end of 2021.
