Leven Deli Co. is expanding its business empire, announcing that it will open a sister shop, Leven Supply, next year. A recent press release describes the concept as a “restaurant, gift, and wine shop” located at 300 E. Alameda Ave.

The business will be inside the Wash Park Supply, a 20,000-square-foot shopping plaza under renovation. It’s at the intersection of Logan St. and Alameda Ave. and formerly held eateries and a fitness center.

Leven Supply will have the same made-from-scratch sourdough breads and baked treats. One section of it, a “grab-and-go restaurant, will feature made-to-order sandwiches as well as fresh Mediterranean-inspired salads, pizzas made with Leven’s sourdough and more”.

At the 2,800-square-foot space, the business is spending about $1.5 million in construction, the Denver Post reports. Goldfish Swim School, a vet clinic, and a children’s orthodontist will occupy neighboring spots.
