Liquor License Approved for Mecha Noodle Bar 

The chain has a new restaurant coming to RiNo.

State records show that Mecha Noodle Bar, an Asian chain that started in the Northeast, is expanding its presence to Colorado. The business has a location in the works at 2811 Walnut St., liquor license data shows.

A license was approved for the company on August 10. The location is in a developing part of RiNo, near a number of new breweries and apartment complexes. 

Mecha Noodle Bar started in New England, with its first restaurant in Connecticut opening in 2013. The company has since expanded to Massachusetts and now has plans to reach more of the U.S., with Colorado, Ohio, and Washington DC locations coming soon. 

The menu consists of street food, pho, ramen, and other Asian noodle dishes. There is also a delicious selection of beverages, from boba bubble tea, matcha, and coffee to Japanese liquors, beer, and wine.
