Little Man Ice Cream is gearing up for its 11th retail location, which will be in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood at the Town Pump Provisions development. A recent press release announced the dessert shop as a tenant of the upcoming retail center, which will be located at 2810 E 3rd Ave.
Town Pump Provisions is a dynamic collective that will include Town Pump Bodega, Town Pump Eatery, and Little Man Ice Cream Cherry Creek. The project, which What Now Denver covered last year, is helmed by Dana Monfort, Juan Padro, Kevin Eddy, and Allison Rifkin.
According to Loren Martinez, Director of Operations at Little Man, the space will be around 650 square feet in part of what used to be Crepes n’ Crepes. It will open sometime in the late spring or early summer. He said the brand was interested in its prime location in the popular upscale neighborhood.
“We’ve always loved having locations that are adjacent to public spaces — places where people can gather, relax, and enjoy their surroundings. There is a courtyard that will be a great space to activate, much like at our other locations,” he said.
Martinez said the company is also excited to integrate into the community of Cherry Creek with its Scoop-for-Scoop donation program. The Little Man website explains the business uses the program to give back to local organizations that support education, childhood welfare, hunger relief, agriculture, sustainability, and more.
