Sometimes it takes so long until an ingredient actually makes it onto our plate in a restaurant after being harvested that it’s lost so much of its nutritional value… Farow, a new restaurant concept planned to open in September, is going to get ingredients onto your plate faster. The restaurant will work with small-scale local farms and describes itself as a hyper-local restaurant.

“We are a husband and wife owned hyper seasonal, hyper local restaurant bringing a chef inspired approach for lunch, brunch and dinner,” according to their official Facebook page. The restaurant is owned by husband and wife duo Lisa and Patrick Balcolm who both have experience working in the food industry.

Farow will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus in seasonal produce and local ingredients. Everything will be made from scratch and sounds to be absolutely delicious.

The restaurant is set to be located in Lucky Pie’s old space in Niwot on 7916 Niwot Rd off N 79th Niwot St close to the bookstore Inkberry Books, coffee shop Winot Coffee, and restaurant The Garden Gate Cafe.
