Upscale dining restaurant The Famous Steakhouse has been a favorite for dining in the Springs for many years. Now, the company is opening a second spot soon in Castle Rock at 810 New Memphis Ct.
Social media posts from the company show that it is hiring kitchen staff such as
cooks and dishwashers, as well as hosts, bussers, and server assistants. The business hosted open interviews this week to fill remaining positions, and will be hosting orientation on Monday.
The new location is located at Meadows Blvd and Interstate 25, near the Outlets at Castle Rock shopping mall. Reddit users have reported seeing renovations taking place the last few months. It’s rumored to be three levels and over 10,000 square feet.
Its original location in Colorado Springs has long been an esteemed jaunt. The restaurant is co-owned by local lawyer Perry Sanders Jr. and an anonymous partner.
