Denver’s Empower Field at Mile High is set to welcome Lucy’s Burger Bar as a new concession stand for the upcoming 2024/25 football season. Known for its Minnesota-style Juicy Lucy burgers, Lucy’s will be located inside entrance gate 4, section 110/111.

Owner Michelle McGlone told What Now Denver about her excitement about the new venture, noting, “We are thrilled to bring our cheese-stuffed double patty burgers to Broncos fans. Our booth will offer the famous Juicy Lucy, topped with grilled onions and pickles, and served with chips.”

McGlone opened Lucy’s Burger Bar on Tennyson St. in Denver in August 2021 to share a taste of her Minneapolis roots with the Mile High City. The restaurant, which supports female-owned and diverse businesses, is known for its community-oriented approach and commitment to positive social impact.

The new stand at Empower Field is expected to enhance the stadium’s food offerings, which now include a variety of new options like vegan burgers, Detroit-style pizza, and gourmet cookies. Recent articles have teased a number of incoming vendors.
