What Now Denver just broke the news that fast-growing pizza brand Marco’s Pizza is expanding in the Rockies, with a location set to open in Wheat Ridge in 2022. A second multi-unit deal was made by other franchisees to open even more locations in Denver.
Best friend duo and investment group MCAA Brands, LLC. Austin Toupin and Chris Harper just signed a multi-unit agreement to open more Marco’s Pizza franchises in Denver. The duo already has experience with big restaurant franchises such as Burger King, Chili’s, El Pollo Loco, Café Zupas, and Jimmy John’s, and will now be adding Marco’s Pizza to their roster.
When What Now Denver spoke with Chris Harper, we were told that the “focus with be on the South Denver area first, then South Aurora and multiple locations in Littleton.” When asked about a timeline, we were told that they are “looking to have one store open by the end of the year,” either in South Aurora or one of the Littleton locations.
“Food is what got us interested in the brand,” said Chris Harper, who sounded very excited about bringing this pizza brand to be more readily available in the Denver area. “We went to one of the locations in Westminster, we tried almost everything on the menu and we were very impressed.” We can’t wait to do the same.
