The Cheesecake Factory is expanding its presence in Colorado with the opening of a new location at Colorado Mills in Lakewood, 9 News reports. It will be located in Suite 140 at the 14500 W. Colfax Avenue property, in the space previously occupied by Forever 21.

Its website states that the grand opening is planned for Tuesday, May 13th. The brand is hiring for over 300 positions at the location and is actively looking for bartenders, bussers, cashiers, dessert finishers, baristas, dishwashers, hosts, line cooks, prep cooks, and servers.

This marks the fourth Cheesecake Factory location in the state, joining existing restaurants in Denver, Littleton, and Lone Tree. There also was one previously in Boulder on Pearl Street, but that restaurant closed and was turned into Avanti food hall.

A company representative told What Now Denver the space “will feature our contemporary new design with herringbone flooring, walnut-clad ceilings, clusters of blown-glass light fixtures throughout the dining area, and a custom mural above the cook’s line.  The restaurant will also feature both indoor terrace seating as well as outdoor patio seating.”

A well-known corporation, it will be one of the larger dining options there. Yard House, Twin Peaks, and The Keg Steakhouse + Bar are more dine-in focused, while there are plenty of QSR options like Burger King, Panda Express, ThirsTea Tiger, and QDOBA, according to Simon, the retail center’s operator.
