Cafe Mexicali, a popular restaurant with four locations in Northern Colorado, will soon be adding a fifth. The brand announced in late July that it’s working on a space at 475 E Main St. in Windsor.

“Hey, Windsor Café Mexicali fans! We listened and you shall receive… our Winsor location opening soon!” an Instagram post from the company read.

There are already locations in Greeley, Johnstown, Fort Collins, and Boulder. The chain was established in 2005 and has been a popular staple of Colorado Mexican cuisine. The menu consists of enchiladas, burritos, tacos, and nachos as its staples.
