Mikaku Ramen & Temaki, the latest venture from the One Concept Restaurant Group, will open its doors soon, according to New Denizen. Located at 14302 E Cedar Ave. in Aurora, this new eatery will offer a fresh take on Japanese cuisine, focusing on ramen and temaki hand rolls.

The restaurant is the brainchild of the same group behind popular spots like Go Fish Sushi, Go Fish Lounge, Kung Fu Tea Denver, The Bronze Empire, Makizushico, Sushi Umi, and Honey Basil Asian Grill. One Concept did not respond to inquiries about the status of the project, but its website declares the concept is “coming soon”.

Mikaku promises a dining experience centered around fresh, house-made noodles and high-quality sushi-grade fish, its Facebook has been teasing. The ramen broth is simmered for over 10 hours to create deep, rich flavors, while the temaki offers an innovative twist on traditional hand rolls.

The website for Mikaku states that the business is actively hiring. Job postings show the eatery is looking for both front-of-house and back-of-house workers.
