The Korean restaurant that’s serving Korean fried chicken, beer and anju (shared plates in Korean) is planning on opening a second and third location in Denver. The first location of Mono Mono opened on 1550 Blake St. in March 2021.

The restaurant is owned by JW Lee, the restaurateur who also runs Seoul Korean BBQ and Hotpot and who opened Menya, Wasabi and Koba. Mono Mono’s plates are meant to be enjoyed and shared by a group as a part of a drinking ritual.

A representative wasn’t available to comment on when exactly Mono Mono’s second and third locations will be opening, but according to our real estate intel, the second location is set to open in Lafayette by the end of this summer, while the third location is still being scouted.
