Robeks, the well-known smoothie and juice franchise, is expanding its footprint in Colorado with a brand-new location at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. According to a press release, an operator is opening a store at 12700 E 19th Ave.
Multi-unit franchisee Angie Baker told What Now Denver she is excited to provide nutrient-based options in a health-focused part of the community. A former Navy physiologist, she frequented Robeks locations in San Diego when she resided there and really enjoyed the brand’s offerings.
This Robeks is situated on the ground level of Research Center 2 on the campus, in an approximately 1,000-square-foot space. It is the second store for Baker, who signed a five-location deal in 2021 and previously opened a location in Parker.
Founded in 1996, Robeks is now a leading smoothie and juice chain with over 100 locations across the United States. According to the brand’s website, the company is currently looking to further develop its franchise markets in California, Arizona, Utah, Washington, Colorado, Nebraska, Illinois, Florida, Ohio, Maryland, Connecticut, Virginia, and New York.
