A third location for a Colorado Thai restaurant is expected to open in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood this summer. Aloy Modern Thai offers a culinary experience of Thailand with locally-sourced ingredients.
The appetizer menu features spring rolls, crab cheese wontons, and more. Choices of soups, noodle and fried rice dishes, salads, and wok-fry dishes are abundant.
Aloy Thai first opened in Boulder in 2006, and they added an Aloy Modern Thai location on Larimer in RiNo a decade later. According to a BusinessDen article, the new, nearly 1,300-square-foot space will focus on takeout and delivery orders but will include a limited number of indoor dining space for guests.
The new Aloy Modern Thai restaurant is expected to open at 211 E. 7th Ave., Denver, CO 80203 in May or June of 2022.
