New Bar Taking Over RiNo Tattoo Shop

Larimer Liquors & Bar is coming to the neighborhood.

A former tattoo parlor space will be the site of a new bar concept, city records show. A business named Larimer Liquors & Bar is taking over the property at 3122 Larimer St.

Documents state that construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work needs to be done. The project will cost around $70,000, a valuation total shows. The existing building is nearly 2,000 square feet. 

Arete Design Group is listed as the architect on the project, and JCAA Consulting Engineers as consultants. The entity behind the coming business is listed as 3122 EVENTS LLC, which has the same owner as local watering hole 715 Club. 

Larimer Liquors & Bar will serve draft beer, canned Beer, spirits, canned cocktails, and wine. For hungry patrons, the establishment will sell bowls of mac and cheese.
