A new fast-casual restaurant in Denver will offer Mexican-inspired dishes. Taco Uprising diners can choose from a variety of tacos, as well as breakfast options featuring scratch-made tortillas.
Fresh juices, coffee, and cocktails will also be part of the menu. Taco Uprising is “committed to putting people, communities, and our planet first.”
Uprising Hospitality Group LLC which develops restaurant concepts that combine old-school customer service with a commitment to sustainability and new-school technology, will launch the new concept.
“We are still working through the design and buildout of our restaurant,” Co-founder and Co-CEO Matias Gutknecht told What Now Denver in an email. “We have not publicly announced our exact address yet but we are happy to share that it will be in Five Points. Since we have a lot to fine-tune and achieve before we open our doors this summer, we are only starting to share little bits and pieces about our concept.”
If all goes according to plan, the Mexican-inspired taqueria y cocteleria will open in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood in late summer of 2022.
