Littleton will soon welcome a new spot for authentic Indian cuisine when a concept called Nanu’s Kitchen opens up in the Jefferson Marketplace center. While many details are under wraps about the upcoming venue, liquor licensing records show developments are moving forward at 8174 S Kipling Pkwy #B-110.

The restaurant officially secured its liquor license approval as of December 8, and records reveal more about the venture. Design efforts for Nanu’s Kitchen are being handled by Perkins&Will.

Listed owner Bibek Rauniyar also runs several other Indian eateries around the metro: Curry Kingdom in Wheat Ridge, Curry Kitchen in Lakewood, and Namaste India Restaurant and Bar in Arvada.

It will occupy a 3,293-square-foot space within the shopping plaza, which is managed by Gerrity Properties. The center also hosts businesses like CorePower Yoga and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
