A coming co-working space in the Highlands will also feature a cafe on the property, records show. Permits filed for the project reveal there will be a second-floor eating area at the 2128 W 32nd Ave. building.

Building plans were approved in late September and the work is expected to be done sometime in early 2024. There is only interior construction work that needs to be completed. Rand Construction and Henderson Engineers are listed on the project.

Some of the amenities included for members at Industrious is access to the cafe, with breakfast, beverages, and products from local businesses. It is part of the brand’s all-inclusive concept.

Industrious, the co-working company which owns the building, offers flexible working environments for all kinds of business. The company has more than 100 locations in over 50 cities and planted roots in Denver in 2017.
