Junction Food & Drink, a food hall at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd., is planning to debut new management soon. According to The Denver Post, the venue is prepping to debut the 2.0 version of the concept, with different ownership and options ready to reinvigorate the space.
This new chapter is under the direction of FireTen Hospitality, a national company specializing in food hall operations. The firm now manages the 12,000-square-foot venue and its onsite Junction Bar, and has selected a handful of new vendors.
The property now features 10 fully occupied stalls: Bowl’d Masala, Confetti Confections, Ebisu Ramen & Sushi, Just Kool Jamaican Kitchen, Lazo Empanadas, Lulala, Pizza & Pide, Riot, and Sonder Coffee & Tea.
“FireTen was brought in to do what we do best, which is activate great real estate with a strong culinary mix, consistent operations, and local-first programming. Our job is to make Junction effortless for guests and successful for the small businesses inside,” COO Natalie Zabiegalski told What Now Denver.
The food hall has undergone upgrades to improve ambiance, including enhanced signage, refreshed stalls, extended heated outdoor seating, and upgraded AV and bar programming. Weekly live music, trivia nights, and pop-up events are planned as well.
Based in Maryland, FireTen Hospitality also operates and manages a number of food halls nationwide. Its portfolio includes Commas Food Hall in Silver Spring, Le Fantome Food Hall in Riverdale, Reno Public Market in Nevada, Grandview Public Market in Florida, and Lyric Market in Houston. An upcoming project called Factory Yards Food Hall is opening in Grand Rapids in 2026.
