Breckenridge’s culinary scene is about to gain a new addition with the anticipated opening of Forage, located at 322 N Main Street. While details about the concept are still under wraps, its website promises “a refined dining experience where nature meets elegance.”

Forage’s menu hasn’t been published yet, but it will highlight three themes: nature, history, and art from the local community. There will also be alcohol service at the eatery, as confirmed by liquor licensing records that show the business’s application was approved last month.

The restaurant is operated by Forage Breckenridge, LLC, with Ryan Cook at the helm. According to Breckenridge Associates, it will be open for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

No other information is available about Forage at this time. Its social media pages are fairly bare, as is the website. It’s advertised as “coming soon” but there are no specifics about an opening date or celebration.
