Crafted Concepts, the acclaimed restaurant group behind some of Denver’s best dining destinations, has announced that Tim Kuklinski will now lead Bistro Vendôme as operating partner and head chef. Westword explained that it’s a new phase for the eatery, located at 2267 Kearney St.

Bistro Vendôme is celebrated for its authentic French cuisine, charming ambiance, and warm, intimate setting. The restaurant’s menu is a celebration of French classics, from buttery escargots and duck confit to delicate crêpes and rich cassoulet — and an admirable wine list.

Kuklinski has been an integral part of Crafted Concepts for over a decade, where he worked at several of its restaurants, including Rioja and Stoic & Genuine. Owners Jen Jasinski and Beth Gruitch are reshifting their focus.

The restaurant hosts many kinds of events: Monday Movie Nights with a custom four-course prix fixe menu, and specials on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekend. For private events, the property can accommodate up to 80 people in the winter and 119 in the summer. Catering services are also available.
