A new restaurant concept offering Ethiopian and American food is opening in Aurora. Time Restaurant and Bar is currently under construction at 738 Peoria St., Unit J, Aurora, CO 80011.
Time Restaurant and Bar owner Michael Reda estimates the restaurant will open by the end of July. Reda told What Now Denver he has been planning the restaurant since 2015, and that’s why he chose the name Time.
The new restaurant will serve a full menu of East African food and American fare. A buffet option will also be available, as well as alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and Ethiopian coffee.
Reda has served as a volunteer in the local community for five years and works part-time as a DJ. He said Time Restaurant and Bar will also feature entertainment.
