Recent hiring ads show that there is a soup and salad business that will soon call Golden’s Tributary Food Hall & Market home. A concept called Soupy’s Salads is in the works at the popular dining and drinking spot, located at 701 12th Street.

Described as a “salad bar concept”, there is not much information available yet about Soupy’s, and the food hall declined to comment in time for publication. There is no opening date available yet.

The eatery will join the ranks of Tributary’s other options: The Bar, Mr. Miner’s Meat & Cheese, Opa Cocina!, SOKARE, Hello Poke, and Amore Gelato. Opened in 2019, the 3,000-square-foot venue is in Downtown Golden and very popular with locals.

In job postings, the company stated it is looking for “students, retirees or anyone hoping to make extra income” and those who are “dependable and friendly with a good attitude” to fill roles of salad bar attendant, cashier, and manager. The brand will fully train applicants, so no food service experience is necessary, and pay starts at $16 an hour.
